320mm Self Centering Lathe Chuck with 3 Jaws for CNC Lathe Machine
1. Description
The three-jaw self-centering chuck is a very important and
necessary standard for product design, manufacturing, and
acceptance, and it also offer a crucial reference for the host
lathe machine. So this series of chucks are mainly made for lathe
machine. They are mostly used in metal machine tools.
They can self-center to clamp or hold round, triangular or
hexagonal and other shapes of outer or inner surface work-pieces
for various machining and clamping. Basic structure and working
principle of the three-jaw self-centering chuck is to use three
screws to fasten the chuck to the flange of the machine tool
through the screw holes on the end face of the disc body. Insert
the wrench into any square hole of the gear.
Here are some features of the self-centering chucks: Short cylinder
center mounting; model K11 chucks are provided with one-piece jaws
(which includes a set of internal jaws and a set of external jaws);
the raw material of chuck is steel; all kinds of soft jaws are also
provided.
