MACHINE APPLICATION:

The slit coil packing machine can not only be used for wrapping slit coils, but also widely applied for other coiled objects of steel coils, copper coils, aluminum coils, copper wire coils, steel wire coils, cable coils and other coiled objects, to make the product well-protected&sealed, waterproof, dustproof, rustproof, and convenient for transportation. The coil wrapper wraps the coil shaped products in a spiral manner through eye of the coil. The machine can greatly simplify your packing operation and free your labor forces.

1. The slit coil packing machine is with moveable wrapping unit, which is convenient and safe for coil loading&offloading.
2. PLC program control for automatic operation.
3. The turning ring height is adjustable, to adapt to slit coil with different OD.
4. Converters adopted to adjust the ring&roller speed, which is also available for change the overlap of the wrapping material.

7. Durable high anti-friction PU adopted for friction wheels.
