Q: What is your payment term and how do you pack the mold for delivery?
A: Usually, our payment term is 50% on PO, 30% on T1 sample and 20% on mold approval before delivery by T/T.
Q: What are the advantages to having my parts manufactured locally?
Longeron can offer quick reaction times to any changes in
specification, batch size or material. We can ship small or large
quantities anywhere in Europe overnight to accommodate unforeseen
changes in demand.
Q: Will offer the free sample?
A: We offer 10-20pcs free sample for each mold trial and the customer could in charge of sample delivery cost.
Q: What is the software you use for design and mold making?
A: We usually use UG, PROE, CAD, CAD/ProE/UG/SOLIDWORKS for mold 2D and 3D design.
Q:What's your mold tolerance?
A: 0.005-0.02mm according to different product requirements.
Q: What I should offer to you if I need a quote?
