Mills Machine manufactures these rugged mills from 4142 heat treated steel and a composite matrix of large chunks of cutting grade or milling grade, crushed tungsten carbide rod 1 1/2″ to 2″ thick on the face.

Mill shoe can be divided into three kinds: flat-bottom(concave- bottom)milling shoe, guidde shoe milling shoe and cone milling shoe,according to its structure and shape, at the milling surface,the carbide particles are built up by weilding, which plays a parts of self-milling. its used to mill the fallen substances,such as bolt,nut, tooth wheel, slip dog,fitttings fo deep-well pump. etc.
