A:We are a manufactuer, but we have our own independent international sales team. We design, produce and sell all by ourselves.

2.How to ensure the products quality?

A:Owing advanced equipment,The QC staff will be regularly checking the products in production and count the products in stock every day. Making sure that every items is qualified.

3.How to ensure the correct rate of design?

A:Before placing the order, we will send you the design draft for confirmation in firstly, next to check the sample effect again, and then carry out to the mass production.

4.How to get the sample? What is the sample charge?How many days will be spent of the delivery?

A: 1)Plz send an inquiry to our sales and with your sample request details.

2)Sample of our stock could be free.(1- 5pcs) And customized sample will collect sample fee,it will be refunded once confirm the order.(Used as deduction for payment)

3)The normal sample will be sent With the 7 working days.

5.How much does the shipping cost?

A:The shipping cost will highly depend on the location of delivery as well as the quantity being supplied. We will be able to give you the estimate when you have placed the order.

WHO WE ARE

Since 1980s we have focused on paper products. We own three paper bag factories respectively in China and Vietnam.

In order to let the plants concentrate on production we split sales function to trading company EC GLOBAL (SHANGHAI) from the year 2012. We established another trading company EC GLOBAL (HONGKONG) in 2019 to avoid the impact from China-US trade war.

The trading company business is not only for our own paper bag but also other paper products, such as gift box, jewel case.

History:

• 1st paper bag factory set up in 1986 in Taiwan
• 2nd paper bag factory set up in 1999 in Anhui province, China
• 3rd paper bag factory set up in 2017 in Vietnam
• Trading company EC GLOBAL (SHANGHAI) established in 2012
• Trading company EC GLOBAL(HONGKONG) established in 2019

WHAT WE DO

We provide eco-friendly products to our valuable customers.

Different with other products, our waterproof paper bag adopts special technology without any plastic(film), which is fully GREEN. In addition, the bag can load 8-12kg wet goods sustaining at least 12 hours.

Shanghai EC Global International Trading Co., LTD. for traditional business model. EC Global HongKong is to adapt to China-US trade war. For American customers you can place order and pay to our HongKong company while the goods ship directy from Vietnam/Taiwan to US. With such model the customer avoids to pay additional 25% tarrif.
