Jiangyin Fangyuan Ringlike Forging & Flange Co.,Ltd, established in 1993, is the member of the Confederation of Chinese Metalforming Industry, Chinese wind energy association, China petroleum & Petro-chemical Equipment Industry Association. As one of the biggest ring forging manufacturers in China, our company is specialized in manufacturing gear rings, flanges, main shafts, ring forgings valve forings and pressure vessel forgings.
Our company covers a total area of 100,000 m2, including building area of 70,000 m2.
The main equipments: 5 hydraulic press machine (800T、1600T、2000T、3500T、3600T), 4 ring rolling machine (2000、2500、3500、5000mm), 5 charging machine (5—20T), 7 operation machine, 48 vertical lathes, 2 CNC drilling machine (5m), 50 horizontal lathes, etc.
The annual capacity of our company is 150,000 tons.
The total staff of our company is 600 people, among them there are about 138 senior engineers, engineers, technicians and specialists.
We also own 3000 m2 Testing Center lab and a full set of inspection equipments, including chemical analysis lab, metalloscope, spectrometer , mechanical property test machine and ultrasonic test machine.
Currently, the maximum diameter of rings we produce is 5000 mm, the products are largely used in different industries like wind power, nuclear, petrochemical, electric power, machinery, shipping, etc.
There are 40% of our products exported to different countries all over the world.
As important ring forging manufacturer, we are certified by ISO9001 quality system, TUV, DNV, ABS, BV,RINA,KR,NKpressure vessel committee, etc.
