The LXS-95 is based on the technical experience of CWH machinery Co., Ltd. It is scientifically designed with high-quality imported machinery and electrical components to ensure that the equipment runs stably, efficiently, safely and durable.

This machine is mainly used for automatic production of KN95 mask, automatic forming through coil feeding, automatic

feeding, cut off of nose bridge strips and coils, cut off edges of the mask, folding and flattening, ultrasonic welding fusion, molding, automated ultrasonic welding ears belts.

Product Application

1. The technique process of this equipment is suitable for the production of KN95 mask.

2. Common KN95 or N95 mask is mainly composed of 4-5 layers of non-woven fabric :

(1) The inner layer is ordinary non-woven fabric;

(2) the outer layer is water-repellent non-woven fabric, which is mainly used to isolate people’s saliva droplets;

(3) the middle filter layer (1 or 2 layers) is treated polypropylene melt-blown non-woven fabric,

(4) the other layer of fabric is hot air cotton.
