5.7 inch (120 × 90) single color LCD touch screen and Chinese menu display are adopted. Nominal specification, pipe wall, test times, pressurization, upward, downward, time, calibration. The menu on the LCD is controlled by the keyboard, and the test data is printed on board. Real time display of edge sharpness force and peak force data can display maximum sharpness and other peak force curves.

Test range: 0.1 ~ 25N, accuracy: ± 0.01N; moving speed: 100mm / min; cutting material: 3-0 suture.

Df01-b blade sharpness tester is designed and manufactured in full compliance with the relevant provisions of yy0174-2005 surgical blade standard; printing method: 8, 13 or 20 times of test data, average cutting force and deviation value can be printed each time.
