This stator coil lacing machine adopts vertical loading, single needle for single head coil automatic lacing, needle movement controlled by servo drive system to complete the lacing work. Main spindle speed is adjustable, industrial Programmable PLC and HMI could set slot by slot lacing,skip slot lacing and fancy lacing. Suitable for the lacing of multi-species, less yield or more lead wire stator. This machine has advantages of mature and advanced technology, reliable quality, easy operation and maintenance .

This machine is appropriate for micro induction motor like conditioner motor, washer motor, compressor motor, fan motor, alternator motor, pump motor etc.
