Piston is made from special material for for high power EFI diesel engine. High content of copper, silicon and nickel makes better stability of our pistons.

If the thickness is too thick, the temperature gradient is too large, causing too much thermal stress and thermal deformation. Therefore, the piston head thickness varies with the maximum combustion pressure of the engine, the cylinder diameter, whether there is oil cooling, and the combustion chamber form.

Piston top wall using heat flow type, that is, from the top to the ring piston area wall transition arc radius is bigger, some still increase support jin (typically 4), the purpose is to make the piston at the top of the heat can be more smoothly to ring and pin (support and strengthen the stiffness and strength of the important role of piston), thereby reducing the heat of the first ring and ring groove, improve the reliability of piston group of key parts.

Alfin Reinforcement

Piston with alfin reinforcement are resistant to compression ring groove wear . the alfin reinforcement also act as a heat barrier minimizing heat conduction from piston skirt area. Such pistons can thus withstand the demand for higher load and highet performance engine .

Cooling Gallery

Created for operation in high temperature environment like turbo engines. Through oil circulation in the gallery, pistons are intensively cooled in the piston crown and ring belt area .

Anodized Crown

Anodization of piston crown creates a hard crown surface thus providing pistons with extra protection against crown piting and wear .

Tin Coating

Tin coated surface provides extra lubrication and smoother running of cylinder components resulting in longer engine lifetime .

Moly Skirt

Help produce less frictional heat and engine noise. The extra lubricative effect also minimize cylinder bore wear and prevent piston scuffing .

Phosphating

Reduce tge fructuib from with the cylinder liner . And to protect the piston from corrosion .

Nitriding

The nitriding products have excellent wear resistance, fatigue resistance, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance .
