Material is very important for a good product. We have excellent heat treatment equipment to control the material quality. For each lot of products, we all have material certification. Turning machine and grinding machine are also very important. we have advanced CNC machines and skillfull workers to keep the stable quality.

During production, we have engineer to check the dimensions. Our workers are highly trained and they will inspect the products after machining.

For the final inspection, we'll check the dimensions one by one to make sure the quality is qualifed. The inspection report will be sent to you before shipping if you have ordered our products.
