This is a fully automatic ferrule crimping and tinning machine for wire connectors. It can handle cutting and stripping on ends, as well as crimping terminals on one end and twisting and tinning on the other.

The machine's tin dipping angle is 90 degrees, ensuring that the wire is uniformly dipped and the tin depth is precise.

There is an automatic cleaning mechanism on the tin surface, so there is no tin dust left.

Crimping sections use an ultra-quiet terminal system with low noise and uniform force, as well as horizontal and vertical molds.
