BRIEF INTRUCTION

1. Three Color Flexo Printer Slotter, also named as corrugated box making machine, is to process corrugated cardboard into products such as cartons, boxes, trays, display etc. It specially be used to make the products with 1-3 color image.
2. The standard model of three color flexo printer slotter include SP-Q2-0920/1224/1628, also Q2-0922/1228/1632 can be custom-made.
3. The gap adjustment is controlled by manual with self-locking handle and sheet transferred by pull roller. It is economic one with high performance and cost saving.

FEATURES

Feeding Unit

1. Lead edge feeder with vacuum absorber.
2. Upper Dust remover with brushers
3. Sheet transfer with rubber pull rolls.
4. Gap of feeding rollers are manual with self-locking, Side baffles are motorized.

Printing Unit

1. Sheet transfer with Roll-To-Roll.
2. Anilox roller with rubber roller inking or Anilox roller with Chambered doctor blade system for choosing.
3. Quick replacing of rubber roller.
4. Gap of anilox roller, printing drum and pull roller are manual with self-locking. And horizontal and vertical movement are motorized.

Slotting Unit

1. Sheet transfer with rollers.
2. 6-shafts rotation: Pre-creasing, Creasing, Single shaft slotting.
3. All slotting knife holders connect with creasing rings and slotting knifes, synchronously moving in horizontal position.
4. Gaps of creasers and slotting knifes are manual with self-locking. And box height, registering and vertical moving are computerized with order managing.

Die cutting Unit

1. Sheet transfer with rollers.
2. Upper die cutting rubber roller is driven by mechanical line speed compensation.
3. Shaft-head treated with lock, not welding, given strong capacity of bearing pressure.
4. Gaps of feeding is manual with self-locking, and registering and vertical moving are motorized.

Auto Stacker

1. Stacking height 1800mm.
2. By hydraulic control lifting.
