SME-6200 is a SUS304 stainless steel material Deflux 400L DI Water Cost 600mm Width PCBA Cleaning Machine 3000KG Liquid Spray Cleaning Machine. It is a multi-function, high clean performance, new developed PCBA spray technology machine.
SME-6200 is our traditional type which is usde to wash PCBA, semi-conductor, precise medical, car electronics, fixture and lens.
Wash process: Pre-wash+Wash+chemical isolation+ Prerinse+air cut +Rinse+Final rinse+ Air blow dry+ Hot air dry.
SME-6200 advantages:

2. Thoroughly clean all kinds of solder paste flux on SMT or THT
PCBA after welding.
3. DI water wash sections + DI water rinse section+ Air blow

A1: All kinds of solder paste PCBA.
Q2: Can SME-6200 clean PCBA very clean?
A2: Yes, normally we heat liquid and DI water to 60℃ and we have up and down 2x10 spray rods with diffirent type of spray nozzles.So it can clean very well, some of our customer are using SME-6200, they like it very much.

A3: DI water can heat to 60℃.
