So our team researches the development of a waterbased acrylic alkyd technology that has the best qualities of both.

The newly developed water-based acrylic alkyd resin technology has the best quality of oily alkyd resin and water-based latex paint, low VOC content, compliance with environmental regulations, fast drying, and strong adhesion. WL-390-11has good weather resistance and long time salt spray resistance. It is a one-component air-drying alkyd resin, often used in the production of industrial paints.

Application

• It is mainly used for making self-drying or low-temperature baking paint, such as water-based self-drying or low-temperature baking ready mixed enamel and water-based alkyd topcoat. To replace the solvent based self-drying alkyd resin,
• Amino resins are combined to make amino-acrylic baking paint, which is currently widely used in products such as automobiles, motorcycles, bicycles, and steel coils.
• It can be used for anti-corrosion and anti-rust decoration on metal surfaces, replacing solvent-based alkyd resin systems, and is widely used in automobiles, electrical appliances, machinery, construction and other fields

Usage

First add triethylamine and other amines for neutralization, and then dilute with water. Note that the amount of amine added is about 6% of the amount of resin. You can use a desiccant to accelerate self-drying. The amount added is about 4-8% of the amount of resin, or Adding methyl etherified amino resin for baking and curing, the recommended amount of amino group is 4:1-10:1 (solid ratio).

Packaging and Storage Condition

• Packing in 200KG/Drum
• Place in a cool ventilated place,keep container tightly closed. Storage temperature is 0-40℃.The quality guarantee period of this product is 12 months since the production date.
