Product Overview

Rod pump is applicable to the deep well and inclined well, with low liquid lever and small oil output. Meanwhile, the wells should have sufficient liquid supply and the sand and wax is not serious. The pumping depth is not above 3100 meters. During working, the maintain can be done by lifting sucker rod, instead of tubing. This method can reduce labor and improve the efficiency.

To achieve maximum performance, API subsurface pumps are machined with extra small clearance between the plunger and the inside wall of the barrel.

Working principle

Our rod pump is equipped with a cup seating nipple N11, cup seating nipple N11 connection on the tubing string, down to the bottom of the well with the tubing string. Plunger assembly connection on the sucker rod string and with the pump overall down to cup seating nipple N11 position together , pump with fixed inside the cup seating nipple N11, Plunger assembly with the sucker rod string up and down reciprocating movement to achieve pumping work.

• The pump barrel is made of high-quality special tubes, and the internal surface is hardened through chrome or nickel-phosphorus plating, resulting high strength, rigidness and corrosion-resistant performance.
