Q1. Can we get your free samples?
Sure. Our free sample can be provided for our customers to test quality. But you need pay the freight. We usually send you samples by express.

Q2. What is the normal lead time?
For stocked products, we will arrange shipment in 72 hours after received your payment.For custom products, the normal lead time is 45-55 days.

Q3. How do you control the perfume atomizer quality?
We have the profesional QC dept make the 3 times tests before making bulk production.And we will also select and examin the quality of perfume atomizer one by one before packaging.

Q4. What we need to do if there is some damage to the cargo?
a. Any quality problem about our perfume atomizer, you could contact us after you get the goods. Our service team will help you solve the problem.
b. Take photos firstly and send the photos to us for confirmation.When we confirm the problem, we will send you replacement in the next order.
