This machine is mainly used for removing the husk from the paddy, and separate the paddy husk from the mixed contents.
This machine tighten the roller by pneumatic cylinder or Ram, make a pressure between two different speed rollers, enhance the friction to achieve the purpose of remove the husk,and throughout the suspension speed difference between brown rice and husk,also through the air suction system, remove the husk,and separation of brown rice.

feeding gate and pressure between rubber rollers are automatically controlled by pneumatic components.
03 Easy to operate and adjust. Pressure between rubber rollers can be adjusted directly by pressure valve, and feeding flow and air volume adjusted by adjustable handle.
04 Equipped with long shedding plate and high speed and compulsive feeding mechanism, super power of driven motor, it has high husking yield and big capacity.
05 Complete husk separation by adopting classic vertical suction channel, thus the rice contained in husk greatly less than that of overseas.
06 With Timing belt or double-side V-belt, it runs steadily, and has less vibrating and low noise.
