Q1. What is your MOQ?

It is normally 500 pcs. For some of our best-selling umbrellas, there is no MOQ.

Q2. What is your sample lead-time?

It takes 5-10 days to make sample, depends on client’s design.

Q3. How to order sample?

Send us your design, we will charge you set up and sample cost. After placing order, if order is large enough, it will be refunded. We also offer free design service.

Q4. What is your delivery time?

Mass production lead time is 30-45 days after sample approved and receiving deposit.

Q5. What is your payment terms?

T/T (30% in advance, 70% against copy of BL); L/C at sight.

Q6. What is load port?

We always ship goods from Xiamen port, it takes around 1.5h for transportation from factory to warehouse. It is ok to send goods to other ports appointed by clients.
