1. WORKING PRINCIPLE
Usually the draft of the bucket chain sand( gold/diamond) dredger's draft is less than 1 meters.So it is very easy for them to get engough floating force to work in the water. When it works, the operators will slowly put down the dreding arm into some depth.The buckets rotate around the underwater dredgeing wheel, scooping up the soilds in the riverbed, then dump them into the classifying trommel , which will be covered with single layer or double layermesh, will separate off the gravels, clay balls, branches and grass from the river sand.
The discharge system could be divided into single-discharge, multi-conveyor belts or chute.
The river sand will be discharged to the nearby transport barge or the river bank. We can design to discharge the tailing stones into the dredging pool or the river bank based on customer's requirements.
