Working principle

1. Mechanical interlocking device: The internal interlocking is realized by mechanical means. When one door is opened, the other door cannot be opened, and the other door must be closed before another door can be opened.
2. Electronic interlock device: internal use of integrated circuit, electromagnetic lock, control panel, indicator light, etc. to achieve interlocking, when one of the doors is open, the other door open indicator light is not bright, telling that the door can not be opened, and electromagnetic The lock action implements interlocking. When the door is closed, the other electromagnetic lock starts to work and the indicator light illuminates, indicating that the other door can be opened.

Instructions

The transfer window is managed according to the cleanliness level of the higher-level clean area connected to it. 3 When passing through the transfer window, the rules for “opening and closing” of the inner and outer doors of the transfer window must be strictly enforced, and the two doors cannot be opened at the same time. 4 When the materials in the clean area are delivered, the materials should be transported to the relevant material intermediate station and removed from the clean area according to the reverse procedure when the materials enter.
5 All semi-finished products are transported from the clean area and are transported from the transfer window to the external temporary storage room and transported to the outer packaging room via the logistics channel.
6 Materials and wastes that are highly susceptible to pollution should be transported from their dedicated transfer windows to non-clean areas.
7 After the materials are in and out, the site and the window of the transfer station should be cleaned in time, and the inner and outer access doors of the transfer window should be closed to clean and disinfect.
