Technical advantage: Blueberry processing production line mainly consists of bubbling cleaning, lifting fruit inspection, air bag juice extraction, enzymolysis tank, horizontal separation, ultrafiltration, homogenization, degassing, UHT sterilization, filling and so on. The entire line is designed for blueberry raspberry and strawberry juices according to international quality standards.

1.Juice extraction: use the air bag juicer to juice, can be filled with nitrogen for protection, anti-oxidation; high juice yield, good juice quality;
2.Enzymatic hydrolysis and ultrafiltration: obtaining clear and translucent juice products
3.Sterilization: through UHT instant sterilization technology, under the condition of retaining jam color and mouthfeel, through sterilization;
4.Aseptic filling: preservation in sterile large bags to improve the shelf life of the juice

3. The water pump is from Nanfang and the centrifugal pump is from Yuanan.
4. Electrical cabinet and PLC control system: Siemens PLC touch screen, switch and AC contactor electrical protection is Schneider, intermediate relays are Honeywell.

5. The 304 pipes we use for the pipeline is from Yuan'an, the cables are all good cables.
