Ultrasonic industrial humidifier is a high-efficiency, reliable and practical ultrasonic industrial humidifier, which has no mechanical drive, no noise interference, no pollution, high atomization efficiency, low failure rate and low energy consumption.
Working principle of ultrasonic humidifier:
The ultrasonic series humidifier products adopt high frequency
electronic oscillation circuit. The ultrasonic energy generated by
the energy converter directly acts on the water, which is atomized
under the strong ultrasonic cavitation. The water mist particles
are atomized into fine water particles with a diameter of only 1-5
μ m, which are blown to the humidification space through a unique
air duct. The water mist particles exchange heat and humidity with
the flowing air, so as to achieve the purpose of humidifying air
with equal enthalpy.
Ultrasonic atomization humidifier is designed to be used in two
ways. It can be hung on the outer wall or replaced by rubber wheel
to adapt to different conditions. The humidifier is designed with
the functions of no water protection, power on, automatic water
inlet and automatic water level control.
