The stainless steel base cake display fridge VERA 120TS includes a balanced refrigeration system. It is programmed to keep a temperature range of +2~+8 degrees celsius. The bakery display case is with automatic defrosting system. The bakery case system is set to have a slightly higher than normal humidity level to keep your pastries moist and delicious.
