Introduction:

YA vibrating screen use axis eccentricity as exciting force, which make screen body move approximate circularly. It has high screening efficiency, large process volume. It can be used screen various dry granulate material and small lump material. It has heavy and light type. The screen can be single layer, double, multilayer. Screen mesh can use metal wire mesh, rod, cast, welding, punching hole according material property.

Application of Vibrating Screen:
It is used for classifying granulate material and small lump material in ore dressing, building material, electricity, chemical engineering.

Mesh Shale Shaker Screen​ Structure:
YA vibrating screen is consist of driving device, screen case, exciter, damper, screen mesh. Feature of structure as below.
1. Driving device
Motor and vibration exciter use belt drive, stable running and less impact for motor

2. Screen case
It use frame structure, side plate is made by cold forming, no welding, high strength. Cross beam connect with high strength bolt, easy maintenance.

3. Damper
Use steel spiral spring as damping device, reliable performance, and long service life.

4. Screen mesh
It can use metal wire mesh, rod, cast, welding, punching hole according material property.

ZK  Zhengzhou Office is located in the Science and Technology Park of National University, the West Third Ring Road of Zhengzhou City, which includes the Oversea Business Department, E-commerce Department, Domestic Business Department, R&D Center, with an office area of more than 1500 m².
