Double / Single Cantilever T-Beam Submerged Welding Machine Line
Specification:
Automatic clamp and centralize the web and flange, alignment and
welding, can improve the working efficiency by more one time than
similar products. The main engine drive is controlled by imported
AC frequency adjustor to make sure stable and reliable. There is
pilot arc device to ensure welding quality.
The positioning of web and flange is realized with hydraulic drive,
on the two sides, the mechanical clamping and centralizing is acted
synchronously, to ensure web and flange positioning with various
sizes within allowed range.
The automatic centralizing is accurate and needless to adjust each
time(no center deviation wheel for minor adjustment). When
assembling, there is automatic hydraulic holding frame which can go
up and down, to make sure web and flange are in matched position.
The upper beam has 4pairs of guide on the left and right to make
sure stabilization.
The automatic welding system is driven by light cylinder without
compressed air source. The inlet and outlet table roller and inlet
tension rod are sectional type, and can add and remove according to
customer need.
The main motor uses AC frequency transforming speed adjustor to
control speed. The hydraulic system has standard products with
precision filter, to ensure long life and stable function of
magnetic valve.
