Description:

The metal sintering furnace is single-chamber, horizontal and periodic heating. It adopt low voltage and large current Molybdenum; Tantalum; Stainless steel to heating, and it has multiple heating units, each unit controls the temperature separately. The whole process is automatically controlled, monitored, tracked and displayed and recorded by the computer.

It including control system, heating system, vacuum system, partial pressure sintering system, cooling water system, rapid cooling system, auxiliary system and safety system.

Adopt the structure of the internal packing platform of metal thermostat, it can meet the strict requirements of furnace temperature uniformity and atmosphere uniformity.

After-sales Service:

1. The equipment warranty period is 12 months. Equipment failure happens, after-sales service personnel shall give solutions within 48 hours, after receiving the buyer's notification .

2. If need to get to the scene , the after-sales service personnel should be arrived at the scene within 72 hours after passing visa. And must be continuous to repair, until fault be excluded, Furnace running back to normal.

3. When taking-over the Furnace to the customer, We will give a staff training to customer.
