Single shaft shredder machine's main shaft of our single shredder is processed by CNC,which ensure high precision.The whole equipment is with function of forward,reverse and overload protection.
We design different types of cutter shaft for hard material and soft material.
Hard material we can process:plastic pipe,plastic plate,die material,plastic pallet.etc.
Soft materail we can process:packed plastic film,woven bag,jumbo bag,PET fiber,etc.
Knife Shaft:
Fixed knives are mounted on the frame, and rotator knife is mounted
on the rotating knife shaft. The rotator knife is a four-corner surface usable knife. After being blunt, it
can be removed and replaced. Therefore, the service life is long,
the cutting ability is strong, the production capacity is high, the
labor intensity is effectively reduced, and the working environment
is improved.
