When submitting your Gerber files to us, please be sure to let us know if you need your boards delivered panelized. If so, please let us know what kind of panelization array your contract manufacturer requires. Lastly, let us know if 10% x-out is alright or if your panelized PCBs need to have no x-outs. X-outs are simply bad boards that do not pass electrical testing. If you require no x-outs, the cost per panel will be higher, especially if the Rogers PCB is complex and/or is a large array.
