High Strength NQ Core Boxes / Strong Temperature Resisting Rock Core Boxes

“DIBIAO” brand- Q series core tray is designed according to standard wire-line rock core, its model include BQ.NQ.HQ.PQ,and we also have lid, block and tag as accessories to perfect drilling work. All our goods are produced by large injection machine, and A.B.C grade are separated according to different raw material, so client can choose the suitable core tray. Compare to ordinary type, Q core tray performs excellent under quite high/low temperature, and its age is much longer.

2. Two lines of 7mm width drainage hole on the end to make sure mud flows smoothly
3. Block is inserted inside core tray to tell different rock core apart
4. 30 pieces of core trays can be stacked tightly without falling down

Polypropylene also includes a copolymer of propylene and a small amount of ethylene. It's the lightest general-purpose plastic. Corrosion resistance, tensile strength 30MPa, strength, rigidity and transparency are better than polyethylene. The disadvantage is poor impact resistance at low temperature and easy aging, but can be overcome by modification and addition of antioxidant. Brittle temperature - 35 ℃, 35 ℃ below - will happen embrittlement, cold tolerance than polyethylene. The chemical stability of polypropylene is very good, except can be eroded by concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid, it is stable to all kinds of chemical reagents.
