-- Brief introduction

Our single head bending machines of CNC series are made by the advanced techniques are automatic stereo CNC pipe benders with the collecting machine, liquid and electricity to integrate. This series uses the VDU touch screen panel control and it can input, store and display various pipe data and instructions. Three moving coordinate of the machine which is Y, B, and C are under the program control of the controller.

This machine can bring about automatic mandrel or coreless type fast bending. It has advanced functions of revising the pipe bending compensation, alarming for the fault signal, power-off memory, automatic lubrication as well as safety protection. Bend (C axis), turning tube (B axis) and tube feeding (Y axis) are closed loop servo control. The advanced technology, degree of automation and the reliability design of the machine are world-class pipe processing equipment.

1. It can be installed to the computer for editing and calculating.

2. Electric control system: adopts famous controller in Japan, for example, the servo driver, servo motor, location mold group, CPU and so on from Mitsubishi, which is of high capability and excellent steadiness.

3. Extra large CPU of Mitsubishi can store 400 groups of file editions. When the storage space is inadequate, transform software can be installed in the computer and then the files can be stored in hardware so as to expand edition groups indefinitely.

4. Windows operating system is installed in the industrial computer to match with Mitsubishi servo system. Therefore, apart from the advantage of Mitsubishi servo drive, it owns the convenience of file management of Windows operating system. It can also store the files in hardware or disk to indefinitely expand edition groups.

5. Function of automatically detecting error and fault, which is displayed on the screen for operators to cancel the fault easily.

6. All the process documents are input by touch control screen.

7. Each bending tube can set compensation value, speed and gap between stripping according to the variety of different materials.

8. Every bending of the tube can separately compile 5 move orders, 10 speed matched for operators' use. It will improve working efficiency and decrease interfere points of tube pieces.
