Product Application

The gas driving dump tricycle is a new type of self-unloading tricycle, driven by gasoline for fuel, in the form of hydraulic movements. It consists of chassis, hydraulic lifting mechanism, cargo hold, equipment and other components.

Operating System

1. Start button: Use the key open and turn on the button to start the tricycle

2. The gear to enhance the power: The gear can enhance the capacity of the cargo

3. Five gear: Pedal the gear,the screen show the five number,the "5" representative the high speed,the "1" representative the low speed.

4. Forward/back gear: Pedal the front gear,the tricycle move forward,pedal the back gear,the tricycle move back.

5. Water box on/off button: It control the water box on/off,if you want pull the weight,you can open it.

6. Lifting/driving gear: Pull the gear to front,it can lifting the box to dump the cargo.Pull the gear to back,it can make the tricycle run.

7. Lifting up/down gear: Pull the gear to down,it can lifting the box.Pull the gear to up,it can make the box slow down.

Front engine system

1. Water box: If you pull the heavy goods,it can quickly shed heat that from the motor after you turn on the button.

2. Electric ignition battery: It can provide the power for the tricycle.

3. Driving motor: The motor of whole tricycle can provide the tricycle power to run.

Lift system

1. Hydraulic cylinder: It is the new style,it adopts three hydraulic bars.It's more easily to dump the cargo,like the sand,concrete,cement and other materials.

2. Hydraulic oil delivery pipe: It adopts very strong tube,not easy to damage.And also easy to repair.

3. Lifting motor: This part can provide the box lift power.

4. Hydraulic tank: It can protect the hydraulic oil for long time and no disclose.If you not open the tank,you don't need add oil.

Integrated rear axle and brake

From the above figure we can roughly see the vehicle chassis structure, especially the integrated rear axle, ensureing that the vehicle has a strong enough bearing capacity. In addition, this model is used hydraulic brake, brake performance is good.
