Q: What is the loading port?

A: The loading port is Shantou, which is the nearest to our factory. But, if you want to ship the goods from other ports like Shenzhen, it is fine for both of us to negotiate.

Q: Can you offer samples?

A: Yes, we can. We will see if we need to charge you for the samples, but the freight is absolutely on you.
