Grooving Machine is professional for paperboard ,MDF board ,Cardboard,ect, the machine adopts new type of cardboard convering ,the whole flat of paper board slot encase the 60 cm diameter roller surface ,the ensure accurate that the slot is accurate,no deviation and straight,has the characteristics of high precision,high speed,durable cutting tool.

Product Character

1. Feeding and correcting part. Use belt feeding board and use press wheel together with belt to keep

the board straight.

2. First time grooving and chip removal. Use belt bind the board on the surface of roller to keeping precision,

and remove chip each time.

3.Automatic change the direction for the second grooving with turnning around system.

4. Second time grooving and correcting part. Second time grooving part use press wheel together with belt to

keep the board straight again , and guarantee final products percent of pass.

5.Final automatic collection.

4. Durable cutting tool:with special knife grinder (simple),grind a knife only need 2 minutes,the client may sharpen yourself.

5. Adjustable cutter angle: two pieces of independent blade and fixture,different angles without customized blades,machine can adjust itself ,different cardboard thickness without adjustment can be slotted,use very convenient.
