Feeding the flattening feeder head, the feeding process is as follows:

1. Raise the folding arm and open the leveling roller.

2. Adjust the spacing of the inlet guide rollers, and the spacing should be wider than the width of the material passing through.

3. The material is sent to the folding arm by operating the material frame spindle forward rotation, the spindle reversal and the lifting arm lifting, and then the folding arm is lowered, and then the spindle is rotated forward and the folding arm is lowered to force the material into the 3 in 1 Feeder leveling roller.

4. Press the leveling roller to the appropriate position and adjust the inlet width to guide the roller spacing again so that the width matches the material width.

5. After the adjustment is complete, press the flattening roller.

6. Lower the material frame material support arm and jog the spindle forward rotation button to form the material ring.

7. Switch the operation mode of the spindle from the manual operation mode to the automatic operation mode.

8. Adjust the Ruihui 3-in-1 feeder to adjust the handwheel to the appropriate position.

9. The material is sent out from the discharge port by operating the leveling feeder forward button.

10. By operating the leveling feeder to jog the button, and repeatedly adjusting the leveling adjustment handwheel, and observe the material coming out of the discharge port until the leveling effect is acceptable.
