Prodcut Features:

1.The performance is stable under 4~10kgf/cm2 working conditions and the maximum pressure withstanding is 10kgf/cm2.

2.Depending on the thickness of the workpiece, the piston rod can be replaced.

3.The piston rod has small extension contact force in 0.2-0.6kgf range, so this work support is especially suitable for thin workpiece.

6. Type A: Underward Clamping Support. At the initial position, the support head is at the uppermost end under the action of the internal spring. When working, the workpiece is pressed down by gravity of workpiece to make support head synchronously downward. When the workpiece is placed securely, the support head stop going down. After the air pressure is applied, the support cylinder is locked to provide support for the workpiece and stop running.

Type B: Upward Clamping Support. At the initial position, the support head is at the lowermost end. After the workpiece is placed, the support cylinder is pressurized to extend the support head. When the workpiece is touched by the support head, the support head stops immediately and the support cylidner is pressurized to be locked. Then the support head provides support and stops at the current position.

Note:

Don't place eccentric load and overload on support head.

Don't rotate the piston rod during the locking state.
