Q1: Are you a factory or a trading company?
A1: We are a factory.

Q2: Where is your factory located?
A2: Our factory is located in Shengzhou City, zhejiang province,near hangzhou and Ningbo, about one and half an hour to hangzhou and Ningbo.

Q3: Can we visit your factory before place an order?
A3: We sincerely welcome you and your team to visit our factory to check our products. We will arrange hotel and pick you up at the airport / train station.

Q4: Do you charge sample cost?
A4: Sample charge is required, but we will deduct it from your first order, but the order amount would be reached the specified level of our company.

Q5: What is the payment terms?
A5: We accept T/T, L/C.

Q6: How many days for delivery?
A6: It all depends on your quantity, usually 15~40 days.

Q7: How many colors for powder painting?
A7: We have blue, Bitzer colour, Black and grey for your choice.

Q8: What is the packiing method?
A8: Each product will be packaged in standard export wooden case .

Q9: How about the warranty?
A9: We will offer one year warranty and life-time service of our products.
