Test Running

1. According to the packing list by piece count, check the parts are complete after opened the box.
2. When commissioning, the tube should try to keep nature, try to make the pipe smooth turning and to prevent wear pipe.
3. When debugging, flexible screw conveyor machine should use the international 4 square power cord.
4. When Installing the V-belt of motor, it should set the small wheel first, then set the big wheel.
5. Don’t racing the engine while the machine working, to prevent wear the pipe.
6. In the process of flexible screw conveyor machine installed to the truck, the machine head should be outward installation and then use the screw bolt to fix it.
7. If the material clogging while working should immediately shut down, clean up and then restart.
8. If the blade damaged in the process of using, you can use welding machine to weld.
