1. single screw extruder, with automatic feeding system and dry hopper.
2. ceramic heaters. Screw and barrel made by Zhoushan screw and barrel basement famous company.
3. die head and mould design according to pipe/hose thickness and diameter. Flow channel design according to different material pressure need.
4. forming system has water and air cooling system. Gear drive. Four rotary shafts. Has automatic oil lubrication system.
5. mould processed by CNC , high precision made.
6. winding system cylinder control open and close. Two winding rollers.
7. our machine can produce the pipe with cable and wire on line. The cables can be 6 pieces or more.
8. the forming table has chain connect mould and channel push moulds two type .
9. the forming method we can make air blowing and also can make vacuum forming .

10.electric panel : 2mm thickness , very strong. Electric parts: all use real famous brand of DELTA (TAIWAN), Omron , SEIMENS .
