Flim Winding Machine Auto Tension Controller With Tension Loadcell

ST-3600 is a simple but powerful tension controller.The Guide of its panel operations is as follows:

1. Button of output on/off switch : switch on the output for outputs between terminals PA-PAN,SA-GND or PB-GND, SB-GND ; switch off the output for "off" on LED display and controller provides no output at all.

2. Manual/automatic mode switch button : change status between manual and automatic by pressing the button.

3. Page turning button: turn page of LCD display screen.

4. Calculus by the algorithm can achieve taper tension control.

5. STS,STSA tension loadcell for option

6. Compatible PNP.NPN type proximity switch.

7. Panel key quick coil /output memory reset operation

8. Over-current, overheating protection switching power supply, long-term reliable operation.

Tension Detector installation:

1. Load produced by film tension should not point to the screw end of tension detector (fasten end), or there will be no or only a very small output signal correspongding to the load. Solve this problem by giving the detector a good run.

2. The scrw end of detector should point upwards when it is wall mounted with the same reason as above.

3. Sometine the film is immediately beneath the reel,and then the load caused by the tension will pull but not press the dector.In such a case, exchange the detector's positive and negative signal lines connected to the controller's terminal blocks.

4. Absolutely no violent impact and vibration produced by striking or dropping, or the detector will damage.

5. Looking into the diagram for more precaution.
