(1) Hoisting mechanism: Matching with frequency tansforming & mulipolar dynamo resistivity for timing. Stably shifting impules the electric fence gently. Multipolar dynamo works stably, it is simple and economic with gentle impulsive currency when starting and shifting.

(2) Trolley mechanism: Frequency transformer and wire wrapping motor can be applied to conduct speed regulating. It is economic and convenient to operate.
