The machine evolved in the past 15 yaars to become faster,more efficient and eco-friendlier. They make decent cones too.

Today, we still enjoy baking cones,Baking cones and building machines are equally important to us. It provides us unlimited possibilities to develop new cones or related products for customers. Sometimes,you need a new recipe,a new machine or even a new system to create a new cone products. We feel that we have made contribution to the industry when clients' new products succeed in the market.

In China and Hong Kong , we are supplying to global ice-cream brands and international chain stores. The productions in our cone factory are all produced by STARLAND machines. The cones are subjected to the most stringet standards and inspection by our clients.

CBIV series and WBIV series (Baking Plates Size: 260mm x 240mm ; suitable for cone length between 100 to 120 mm and waffle basket)

*A means one cone per baking plate while x2A means two cones per baking plate

** Standard cone is 23˚ with cone length 110mm ; standard cone /hour for x2A(two cones per baking plate) only.

Also, production output depends on the quality of cone mix, oven temperature and thickness of wafer.

Our cone production facilities are qualified for ISO9001 Quality Management System and HACCP Food Safety System to manufacture high quality cones. We have got a hard-earned food export right from CIQ for our cones products and our plants are eligible to manufacture cones for Nestle. Imported material is used whenever necessary. The origin of the raw material must be traceable and Non-GMO.
