This type of pulp pump is also called low pulse pump. It is a renewal product to replace the widely used pump whose capacity is large but head is low. Our pump solves the problems: the pulp is not stable and the dismantling is inconvenient.

The feature of the product:

1. High efficiency: efficiency is 75-85%, which reduces the supporting power of the motor, so the energy-saving effect is remarkable

2. Pulp stability: the impeller adopts subdivision crisscross blade which is precision casting to minimize the pressure pulse, so the quality of the paper is uniform.

3. Long service life: the impeller of the pump impeller is comprised of two back-to-back single suction impellers, so it won't produce axial force at work. In addition, the bearings are on both sides of the shaft, and they are lubricated by grease. It adopts labyrinth seal with no contact and no wear to protect the bearings.

4. Convenient maintenance: the junction surface of pump casing and cover overlaps with the level of the shaft axis. So when repairing, it is no need to take down the inlet and outlet piping and mobile motor.

5. The pump is driven by motor directly

6. Shaft seal is soft packing seal which is equipped with packing ring between the packing.
