Semi-automatic Egg Tray Production Line:

Automatic Pulp Mouding Production Line produces egg tray 30cell, fruit tray, cup carrier, mobile cariier, medical-care, mask.

The production process of the automtic lines for the pulp moulded product, 30-cell:

First the worker will weight the raw material and put them into the conveyor.

Then the pulping, forming, drying and stacking will be finished automatically, after drying, the finished product will be packed by the workers, a hot pressing section should be added for the production of the pulp moulded egg box/carton, fruit tray, and cup carrier after drying because of shrinking.

The egg box/carton can be labelled or printed after hot pressing, these processes can be finished manually or automatically.

The investors can choose the most favorable type according to the market and the capital, or we can customize according to the reality of the customers.
