This testing device conforms to GOST 7396.1-89 (IEC 83-75), Group C figure 1 and figure 2. The gauge in figure 1 is used for verify the interchangeability of plugs, the gauge in figure 2 is used to check the impossibility of plugging one terminal into outlets.
