CFG series long auger drills consist of chassis, cab, rig, bracing,
power head, pulling mechanism, drilling tools,
hydraulic system, and electrical system. The chassis adopts the
full hydraulic crawler.
The travelling car is driven by a single hydraulic cylinder with
flexible and stable displacement.
The rig swing mechanism is driven by the medium speed hydraulic
motor through the first-stage planetary gear reducer. As the
hydraulic motor has the strength of power stability, smooth
small rotational inertia, and high start efficiency, the rotary
drilling rig is featured by stable rotary, no shock, no vibration,
good whole machine stability, and long service life. Without the
hydraulic movable landing leg,
the complete machine stability and applicability in the state of
construction are further enhanced.
The rig rises by the combination of winch and hydro-cylinder, rapid
and reliable; the bracing adjustment, the rotary travelling of pile
drilling and hoisting of power head are all centrally controlled in
the operating room, easy to operate. The front-fixed cab is open
and wide, and safe and comfortable. The long auger, in the way of
semi-disintegrated trailer transport, is mainly composed of two
bridges of 8 tires. Only the removal of some parts,
it can meet the national road transport requirements.
The power head of CFG long auger drill, assorted with the national
