Preparation before Operating our machine
1. The hydraulic oil is checked before use. The height of the
hydraulic oil is the height of the 2/3 in the lower frame. When the
oil is insufficient, it should be added in time. It must be fine
filtered before the injection of the oil is injected. Put pure 20#
hydraulic oil into the injection hole of the lower seat. The height
of the oil level is seen through the oil gauge bar, generally
adding to the height of the 2/3 of the lower chassis.
2 Check the lubrication between the shaft and guide frame and fill
it in time to maintain good lubrication.
3. The operation handle is connected to the power supply, the
operation handle is moved to the vertical position, the return oil
port is closed, the motor start button is pressed, the oil from the
oil pump enters the oil cylinder, the driving plunger rises, when
the hot plate is closed, the oil pump continues to supply oil, and
the registration stop button is pressed when the oil pressure rises
to the rated value (14.5MPa), so that the machine is in stop. When
the machine is pressurized (i.e. timing vulcanization), when the
curing time is reached, the handle is moved to make the plunger
drop and open the mold.
4. The temperature control of hot plate: put the mold on the hot
plate, combined with the rotation button SA1, the plate begins to
heat, and when the temperature of the plate is set to preset the
vulcanization temperature, the heating is stopped automatically.
When the temperature is below the set point, the plate is heated
automatically, and the temperature is always set.
5. The control of the action of the vulcanizer: according to the
motor start button SB2, the oil pump work, the mold pressure, when
the liquid pressure reaches the adjusted value for several seconds,
the pressure 1~2 times, the air and the volatile gas overflow, and
then press the mold, start automatically record the vulcanization
time, when the pressure drops the oil pump motor to start automatic
filling, reached the set up. The vulcanization time, the louder
call, inform the vulcanization time has arrived, can open the
mould, press the noise stop button, move the manual operation
valve, make the plate drop, can carry on the next cycle.
