water filtering process description
- A Flocculation dosing device to make the flocculating agent go through and mix into the raw water within the mixing pipe. Then
the dosed water enter the reacting tank of the integrated
high-effected filtering device . There through multistage rotational flow , organics ,suspended materials and colloid in the water combine with flocculating agent resulting in larger flocs .
- Those produced flocs together with water go into the sedimentation
tank and settle down to the bottom with the action of gravity and
inclined tube .
- Then water is decanted from the sedimentation tank to the filtering
tank where smaller flocs are traped over the surface of the
filtering layer of quartz sand while clean water go through the layer and go into the clean
water tank being ready for use.

1.1 Short construction period with equipment manufacturing and
civil construction being performed simultaneously. It can be even
shortened by half time compared with civil-work project.
1.2 Proactive and flexible system arrangement. Suppose production
of water is required to increase, you can make it by only adding a
set of equipment in a related size. This can miss the limitations
of using civil-work
1.3 the system adopts commonly-used rotational flow reacting which features simple structure and provides high
efficiency in producing large flocs(alumen ustum). It can even achieve a level two times higher than normalvertical flow reacting. Consequently ,rotational flow is very workable process prior to sedimentation .
1.4 Sedimentation of the system occupies larger area than
conventional vertical flow sedimentation and thus displays a high
efficiency than vertical flow sedimentation equipment.
1.5 Main equipment is made of steel with corrosion resistant and
includes no moving part. The life time of the equipment can last up
to 15 years.
1.6 The integrated structure of the system requires 50% smaller
footprint than civil water filtering plant(Civil gravity
sedimentation tank + civil valveless siphon filter tank) . Besides,
it requires water for backwash at amount 30% less than civil plant
due to it’s higher efficiency in precipitation and no need for
consumption of water from clean water tank.
