    Ceramic Random Packing Ceramic Raschig Ring

    Ceramic raschig ring is the first development of a random packing used for refilling existing columns and other applications. Its surface ratio is higher than ceramic cylinders and balls by 30% and its ring shape has high mechanical stability. The height and diameter of this ceramic random packing are in equal size. Generally, raschig rings with large size are structurally packed in the column, while small-size ones will generally be adopted in the way of disorder heaps. Ceramic raschig ring is featured with excellent acid resistant properties, the ability of resisting various inorganic acid, organic acids and organic solvents corrosion (except HF acid), high temperature, and so on. This ceramic random packing can be used for drying, adsorbing, cooling, scrubbing, and regenerating tower in chemical industry, metallurgy, gas and environmental protection industries. Ceramic raschig ring is also applied to commercial fractional distillation towers to reduce pressure loss.
